Booking Your Customized Food Trailer: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Initial Inquiry: Reach out to us via our contact form or phone to discuss your needs and preferences.
2. Consultation: Schedule a consultation with our team to refine your requirements and explore design options.
3. Initial deposit to get full design work (Normally $3,000 or less) to Receive a detailed proposal including AutoCAD design, features, and pricing. When the order is finally placed, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the order. If no agreement is reached and an order is placed, the deposit will be refunded minus $1,000 as payment for the design and planning work.
4. Customization Confirmation: Review and approve the design and features. Make any necessary adjustments. To finalize the design and signing the quotation.
5. Deposit Payment: Deposit payment: Usually 50% of the total order price. Submit a deposit to secure your reservation and start the production process.
6. Production: We build your customized food trailer according to the agreed specifications.
7. Final Review: Inspect the trailer and complete the remaining payment.
8. Pay the Balance to get Delivery: Once the full balance is paid, the equipment will be arranged and shipped by sea. It will take 25-30 days for shipping. Shipping status will up-to-date by online tracking, or check with us. You can pick it up once your custom food trailer arrives at the Port of Oakland or our warehouse parking lot.
